Returns and Shipping Policy

We are confident that you will enjoy your purchases since we make great efforts in manufacturing our gemstones and maintain high-quality standards. If this is not the case and you desire to return or exchange your order, please contact us through email to check that the item for exchange or return meets our Exchange and Return policy. To avoid inconvenience with customs and extra charges, please do not ship back to us without prior notice.

We accept exchanges and returns only if contacted within 7 days of the delivery date.
All items must be in mint condition, unused, unworn, and unmounted.
All items must accompany their original tags, certificates, and boxes.
All items must be dispatched back within 14 days of delivery date only upon confirmation from our office.

If there is a manufacturing defect, please email us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement. Your item must be in original condition, unworn, unused, and unmounted along with its original tags, certificates, and box. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if the items are intentionally damaged or misused. If applicable, a refund may be approved by Pink Gems upon inspection.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee inclusive of outbound shipping fees and payment system commission charged from us. Upon agreement, we will issue a refund of the full amount of your purchase to you deducting the original shipping and handling charges previously applied. Our return policy is by Indian Import and Export laws and you are liable for the inbound return shipment charges, duty, and taxes as well.

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured shipping and tracking.

Furthermore, please note that personalized parcels or made-to-order merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
